To cute not to post!
I just wanted to post some cut pictures of Eric and Josh that were taken over the weekend. The hat by the way that Josh is wearing is actually the top to the pinata that was used at the ward activity Saturday.
First day of school
Today was Josh's first day back to school. We had to put Josh in School last spring when we found out that he had a speech delay and that Preschool would help him. well it did help last spring and he has the same teacher again this year and she is the best. What is really special this year is that Josh has a friend in his class this year and we really look forward to the fun he will have learning and progressing.

Family Vacation to the ocean
My parents live in Fresno now, they are your typical gypsy couple not by choice I might add but, since Jason and I have been married they have moved from Sparks to St. George now to Fresno. Any ways Jason and I had not visited them in CA so we decided to go and visit them before school started for Jason and Josh. Friday on the way to Fresno our passenger window was blown out all over me I might add that happened in Stockton I am now not a fan of Stockton since windows do not normally blow out except with extreme force. So if paying for tuition was not already killing our wallets a new window helped add to it. Saturday My parents took us to the ocean. That was so cold! but a lot of fun, Josh had never seen the ocean before and his first glimpse at it he was immediately happy and said oh Nana look at the snow! We jumped waves while we were there and saw dolphins swimming near by, built a sand castle and tried not getting sand all over Eric while I nursed him. All together it was a great trip. During the drive we saw miles and miles of produce growing it was truly a sight to see for a bunch of desert people. After spending a day at the beach we drove over to Monterrey for clam chowder Jason was so lucky he got to eat his three favorite foods at the restaurant, Clam chowder, Salmon and Cheese cake not a bad trip I might say. Thanks Mom and Dad for letting us come!

Eric's two month check up
Eric had his two month check up today and boy where has the time gone?
I knew my boy was big but I don't think I could have ever guessed Eric's weight and height. He weighed in at 11lbs and 2oz and 22 1/2 inches long. This places Eric in the 50th percentile for height and weight. The funny thing is his head was in the 10th percentile. I think he is one of the most adorable little guys not quite as laid back as his older brother but still pretty easy going. Jason and I feel so blessed to have the best boys for us.

Fun with my boys
Jason and I took the boys to the river again on Saturday and just had a good time. After some sun burns and lots of water we were really grateful to spend the time together. Eric has gotten pretty big in the last week I had to pull out the 3-6 month clothes since he is getting to long for the 0-3 month stuff. It has been so much fun looking through all the old baby clothes. The hat Eric is wearing fit Josh when he was 12 months old. I keep asking myself are these really brothers? They are so different already.

Five Great Years
It's been five years since Jason and I were married. It has been the most wonderful five years of my life. I was blessed to marry the most understanding, gentle and patient man I know. He blessed me with two beautiful sons and has worked very hard to provide a living for us while going to school. I give thanks to the Lord for guiding me to him and to the Parents who raised this amazing man.
In the last five years we have been busy: in a nut shell,
First year went to school, conceived our oldest son Josh.
Second year, Josh was born, moved into a bigger apartment, more school.
Third year, juggled parent hood, purchased a condo, sold condo, purchased a house, laid off of Job acquired a business. More School

Eric
I just love how big Eric is getting, When you start life out at 5 lbs it really is amazing when just seven weeks later you are almost 10 lbs. I love my little chubby boy. My friend gave us some clothes for Eric and one of them was this adorable pair of pants with Elmo on the back. Josh who loves Elmo noticed them first and pointed out that Elmo was on Eric's bum bum. Josh's vocabulary has improved a great deal since school let out. I'm so pleased with his efforts with speech and I think his teacher will be too. I just love being the mother of these two amazing boys. They keep my life busy and enjoyable.
Josh
Okay my father inlaw would appreciate this stunt of Josh's. I was in my bedroom trying to put Eric down for his nap when I heard Josh saying go away bee so I came out to investigate and this is what I found. Josh is getting much better at climbing. He sure takes after his parents I just wish I was small enough to climb the fireplace too.

My boys at six weeks
I wanted to see why every one was telling me that my two boys look so alike when I saw how different they looked so I placed the pictures of my boys side by side. You can tell they're brothers but the biggest difference is that one was skinny and the other is very chunky. It sure is fun to look back when Josh was only Six weeks old.
